"Ur a dumbfuck" is a meme phrase that is often used by chat to insult someone's intelligence or in response to someone calling another person a dumbfuck. The phrase is one of the many memes originating from Whiplash. The phrase comes directly from the movie when Tanner berates Andrew for losing his folder.[1]
