Past and Current Views

I currently hold and have held a lot of wild views. Here is a list of them with some of my reasoning.

An action is only wrong if an observer is there to witness it

So say there's a tree in a forest, does it make a sound? I think not. Because for there to be a sound, there must be an observer, it only becomes sound if a human (or capable being) is there to encode and decode the vibrations to interpret as something as sound. This I think could be applied to other situations in life. Like say, I pirate (never do this BINQULIN) I think there is no problem with it if you don't get caught (I got caught once and my ISP shutdown my internet (real story, parents got mad) Dafeels). Obviously you could say there is indirect harm, but nobody actually cares about that, and it's just virtue signal BS.

There is no ethical consumption under capitalism

Now I'm not a communist so put away to gulags, but I'm starting my leftist ideology arc after getting my first job and seeing the harsh realities of capitalism. I think every business has an obligation to provide (or provide a budget) for housing, food, car insurance, house insurance, a car, a house, water and internet access. This is because the business is paying for preventative measures to keep you in good health to be a perfectly capable worker one you signed up or be even better. Although, most people in dgg are middle/upper class dick riders that hate the poor, so this would never fly there. Good thing I can schizo here, Hhhheeehhee.

AI is going to cause mass unemployment before 2030

MARK MY WORDS HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE, I WILL DONATE 100 DOLLARS TO ANY ORGANIZATION OF DESTINY'S CHOOSING IF I'm WRONG. (mass unemployment, meaning at least 20% of the workforce is unemployed because of lay-offs from AI)

Lump of Labor Fallacy is fake

I was really surprised to see that people actually believe this in dgg. They basically believe that with any new innovation, it just displaces jobs and doesn't replace. Yet, you cannot point to any new industry/demand AI makes if we start replacing workers in the white collar sectors, also, what if we start getting humanoid robots, we are actually closer than you think to mass automation of blue collar jobs autonomously/ link. I believe we have finite wants and needs because that is just a wild argument to say anything is infinite with no evidence.

Democracy is not good

OKAY, OKAY, HERE ME OUT. I am not a tankie firstly, I am a liberal democrat, but am just an interlocutor like the people in Athens, that likes to question things PEPE. So here's my reasoning, I believe (or think currently) Democracy assumes that every person is perfectly capable to run a country. So what do I mean by this? We give everyone a say in a democracy, we allow them to vote on who they think is best at foreign affairs, the economy, passing laws, etc. Now, that's all fine and dandy if you're trying to appease the masses, but we know, what's popular may not always be right (think about Slavery, although that might not even have ever been popular with proper representation. Or think about Gay rights or believing immigrants take away jobs from an area). A simple thing to point to is the populist front that is MAGA Republicans? What about people who believe in conspiracy theories like Jeffery Epstein, UFOs, Bigfoot, Flat Earth, Chem Trails, or the biggest one, vaccines causing cancer/autism. I don't want people running my country that believe in these things, I just don't. An Expert and an uneducated conspiratorial nut job has the same voting power, which is not good. This is why I predict that society is kind of like a representation of horseshoe theory, first we start off with monarchs and autocracies (far right) then we move to democracies/parliaments (center), now I think there are two worlds we could see in the future. 1. We see democracies start to censor heavily because they want to protect their voter base from conspiracies/misinformation. 2. We start to see a shift towards Expert decision-making instead of popular ones. I think as a society gets more industrialized and urbanized, the demand for better decision-making increases. Now that we have things like the internet that can transmit information very quickly, it's only quickening this process. My generation (ZOOMER) are internet natives that are seeing anything wrong online and think it's a bad thing. They're reactionary, they believe the government has to pass laws to favor the wronged in ever situation. I think this trend will continue.
