In March 2024, Benny Morris participated in a high-profile debate about the Israel-Palestine conflict with Destiny on the Lex Fridman podcast. Taking a generally pro-Israel stance, Morris and Destiny argued against pop-historian Norman Finkelstein and political analyst Mouin Rabbani 
.
Following the debate, Destiny and Morris occasionally kept in contact with each other, with Morris sending an email[1] expressing his satisfaction with their performance:
