</ref> The crux of the debate primarily centered around the concept of rightful land ownership, and the practical implications of decolonization. Destiny being of the position that conversations on colonialism and decolonization often become "unactionable" due to the focus on historical grievances that lack clear, practical solutions in the present day. He contends that if a nation settles on a land long enough (e.g. through conquest/war), they essentially become the owners of that land, and that the time since displacement would determine the moral "rightness" of any decolonization attempts.
Conversely, BadEmpanada argues that practical solutions to modern day colonization can exist in a myriad of ways, and that Destiny is simply unfamiliar with the concept or in fear of being removed by some indigenous population. Destiny responds by accusing BadEmpanada of engaging in a dialogue tree, and asserts he has not given a single indication that he is concerned about anyone attempting to expel him from the country.

=== Discussing Israel ===
During the conversation, BadEmpanada points to the {{wiki|Israeli–Palestinian_conflict|Israeli Palestinian conflict}} as a region with a relatively uncomplicated solution to colonization. He contends that decolonization in Israel would not involve kicking every Jew out of Israel, but rather creating one state where everyone has equal rights, and stolen land is returned where easily traced. Destiny rejects the practicality of this notion, and argues this would be incredibly complicated to implement. He points to a recent minor land dispute in the region, wherein both sides were able to trace their claims fairly far back in time. In response, BadEmpanada recounts the history of Israel for Destiny, and explains how Israel simply wrote up deeds to land they never purchased (which Destiny remains skeptical of).
Following further deliberation, Destiny argues that BadEmpanada's framework implies the ultimate goal of seizing land would be to kill as many people as possible to eliminate prior claims to it. BadEmpanada responds that there's no "right" to any side of this discussion, and that they're just speaking in terms of abstract subjective morality. Destiny contends that BadEmpanada was attempting to make a moral justification for certain groups of people to lay claims to certain lands earlier. To which BadEmpanada argues that one could apply this logic to anything, and provides the example of killing all Germans after after World War 2 (e.g. while it would prevent the Germans from becoming a problem again, it would not be the most moral thing to do).

* [https://youtu.be/tG-IeglWKgE?t=1444 24:04] BadEmpanada explains that large settler colonial states frequently have a problem after moving in and writing documents claiming ownership of land. He explains that the "indigenous" population would also have documentation claiming ownership, which would now be deemed obsolete. Destiny confesses to not knowing too much about the conflict, but argues the area has been fought over for thousands of years and has trouble believing that Israel was merely writing themselves notes of ownership. | * [https://youtu.be/tG-IeglWKgE?t=1444 24:04] BadEmpanada explains that large settler colonial states frequently have a problem after moving in and writing documents claiming ownership of land. * [https://youtu.be/tG-IeglWKgE?t=1532 25:32] BadEmpanada recounts the history of Israel. Israel had several Jews 2000 years ago, as a result of antisemitism and other reasons, these Jews dispersed across the region and to Europe. BadEmpanada ties this to the current conversation: if a group left a place 2000 years ago, and came back 2000 years later, it would be ridiculous for the group to claim ownership of the land. He provides the example of a Native American leaving the USA, then coming back to Europe after 500 years claiming they owned the land. | * [https://youtu.be/tG-IeglWKgE?t=1532 25:32] BadEmpanada recounts the history of Israel. === Colonialism and modern day America, call conclusion ===
Following the previous topic, Destiny asks BadEmpanada how his colonialist framework applies to modern America. The two spend the remainder of the call debating the practicality and morality of decolonization, including issues like sovereignty, independence, and addressing historical treaties within the context of America. This portion of the conversation was structured more like an interview, as Destiny prodded BadEmpanada for his perspective on varying hypothetical scenarios involving broken treaties between the American government, and Native Americans. While BadEmpanada argues he would never advocate for expulsion/retribution, he maintains that a reasonable level of sovereignty should be provided to this "indigenous" population.
Upon the call's conclusion, Destiny offers to invite [[Infrared]] to the call for a debate on the subject, and BadEmpanda declines.

BadEmpanada is an Australian YouTuber and livestreamer. While he is known for creating commentary videos on political topics and covering political news from a left-leaning perspective, he has garnered a certain level of infamy in various online circles due to his tendency to engage in severe harassment and doxing
campaigns against individuals he disagrees with.
Despite BadEmpanada's onstream appearances with Destiny being quite limited, the two are not on cordial terms. This mutual disdain stems from a fundamental dislike of one another's content and political opinions, which infrequently boiled over to social media.
As of March 5, 2024, BadEmpanada has been placed on Destiny's super blacklist following his attempts to incite harm towards LonerBox.[1]
On Stream discussion with Destiny
Defining colonialism, discussing historical claims to land
On February 13, 2022 BadEmpanada held a brief but cordial discussion with Destiny on colonialism.[2] The crux of the debate primarily centered around the concept of rightful land ownership, and the practical implications of decolonization.

Discussing Israel
During the conversation, BadEmpanada points to the Israeli Palestinian conflict
as a region with a relatively uncomplicated solution to colonization.

Colonialism and modern day America, call conclusion
Upon the call's conclusion, Destiny offers to invite Infrared to the call for a debate on the subject, and BadEmpanda declines.

Inciting harm against Lonerbox
On March 5, 2024 Lonerbox, in a conversation with Destiny discussing their upcoming trip to Israel, remarks that it wouldn't surprise him if BadEmpanada attempted to get in contact with individuals in the region in order to incite harm against the two of them. Lonerbox goes on to state that BadEmpanada has tagged him to pro-hamas X accounts in the past with his full name.[1]

Response to Ethan Klein Video, Playing Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque
On November 18, 2024 BadEmpanada released a video titled "RESPONSE TO ETHAN KLEIN".[6]
In the video, BadEmpanada plays a First-person shooter
video game titled Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque
. The gameplay involves carrying out suicide bombings, beheadings, and other attacks on Israeli military and police forces. [7]. The game allows players to reenact the 2023 Hamas-led attack on Israel, as well as other events from the Israel–Hamas war.
Players could choose to play as a member of Hamas or the Lions' Den militant group.[8]
Before playing the game, BadEmpanada states that he is "paying tribute" to Ethan Klein (a Jewish content creator) following Twitch.tv's decision to forbid use of the word "Zionist" in chatrooms.[9] While playing, BadEmpanada informs his audience that he is looking for an "idf secretary", in reference to Ethan Klein's wife.[10] Shortly following this, BadEmpanada encounters and kills an enemy NPC. He then exclaims: "secretary got".
Doxing campaigns

Frequently, Ganitis will resort to seeking out and revealing otherwise private information of his detractors. He will do this in order to scare these individuals into no longer critiquing his work, or to provoke others into harassing or threatening the targeted individuals and their families. This is a frequent "card" deployed by Ganitis, and has resulted in many left-leaning content creators distancing themselves from the content creator.[12] [13]
In a Substack article, political activist Drew Pavlou alleged that Ganitis doxxed members of his family by publishing their personal information online. Pavlou further claimed that Ganitis later shared his home address and phone number with followers, seemingly with the intent to cause him harm. [14]
