Shoeless Dream

In June 2023, Dan joined a voice call with Destiny, MrMouton, and JadeIsABoss. Dan proposes that the group do some "Dan dream analysis," to which Destiny and MrMouton eagerly agree.

In my dream, I found myself in a small, wintry city, a stark contrast to my usual warm surroundings in Miami. What struck me as odd was that I had no shoes on. I couldn't fathom how I had lost them. Unfazed, I decided to head to a movie theater. As I settled into my seat, something unusual happened – I dozed off within the dream. Even weirder, I woke up while still inside the theater. Not really interested in the movie, I decided to pull out my phone. It felt like the perfect time to indulge in some gaming. I launched a game, but the controls on my phone felt wonky, as they often do. Frustrated with my phone's limitations, I had a brilliant idea. I decided to Chromecast the game onto the massive movie screen. For the next 15 minutes or so, I gleefully played my game on the theater's screen. It was quite the experience. However, my newfound enthusiasm was short-lived when I realized that everyone around me was growing increasingly agitated by my antics. Confused and slightly embarrassed, I wondered why no one had said anything earlier. As they stared at me, I decided it was time to wrap up my gaming session. I didn't want to be "that guy" ruining the movie for everyone. At this point, I'll leave the rest of the dream to your imagination. I considered sharing more, but the constant interruptions and potential judgment led me to keep the remainder of the dream to myself. — Dan
