Abortion

I believe the most valuable part of any given human being is the capability of individual thought. Renes Descartes said this well with his iconic quote "I think, therefore I am" essentially saying "if anything is to be real, it would be me." To my knowledge, current medical consensus places the development of the capability for individual thought at 20 to 24 weeks. I think a ban at 18 weeks would create a sufficient buffer to prevent any potential outliers from being harmed.
