Rob Noerr is an American, Right-wing, self-described "populist conservative"[2] anti-establishment political commentator, conspiracy theorist, and certified yapper. Prominently known in DGG for having several debates with Destiny. Destiny has commented on multiple occasions that he enjoys talking to Rob as he is a good representation for the average conservative populist, which allows Destiny to better flesh out his arguments.
Rob has said numerous times that he ran as a Congressional candidate in the 12th District of Pennsylvania on the Republican Ballot.
