"RiN_LuX here" is a popular offline-chatter meme that involves TTS donations to streamers embedded within DGG Chat. The meme postulates that RiN_LuX—the DGG Chat moderator and a prominent chatter—is repeatedly sending often unhinged, socially maladaptive, messages that sometimes have him admit to legal and moral crimes.

The meme often prompts the TTS recipient to ask, "WH the fuck is RiN_LuX?", leading to DGG-adjacent streamers (such as Xena and Merc) to come into chat to confront RiN_LuX for his apparent harassment.
