Whicks initial contention was that despite low standards on one side this does not authorize democrats to engage in the same kind of rhetoric and behavior, Further he blamed democrats use of aggressive humor as causing divisions in the US.
Destiny and Whick, debate the current political climate in the US with a focus on the behavior and strategies of conservatives, the impact of extremism, Trumps influence, the role of media, and the future of democracy.

Steven immediately rejected the idea that democrats have not acquiesced enough to republican fragility
'''Trumps impact, Conservative Extremism and Electoral Prostpects:'''
:Both Destiny and Whick discuss Trump’s continued influence and the radicalization of his base. Destiny points out that Trump remains a powerful figure who can act with impunity. Whick argues that conservative extremism significantly contributed to their losses in 2020. He believes that the extreme rhetoric and behavior of conservatives alienated voters. Destiny counters pointing out that factually the losses were not due to extremism but Trump’s poor handling of COVID-19, and trump has only gained popularity as hes gotten more radical.

Whick believed that the normalization of antagonistic humor was a "pandoras box" and enabled Thomas Matthew Crooks to fire at [[Donald Trump]]
'''Strategic Considerations:'''
:Whick emphasizes the need for empathy and moderation, arguing that engaging in extreme behavior or rhetoric like destiny's comments/tweets, even as a reaction, will ultimately harm Biden and Democrat electoral chances in 2024. He believes it’s important to maintain a clear distinction between the behavior of conservatives and liberals to avoid being equated as equally extremist. Destiny is skeptical about the effectiveness of moderation in the current climate, and argues that no amount of liberal niceness will change conservative positions or the way Trump operates and with SCOTUS ruling on presidential immunity Destiny remarks that historically the way to usurp a king is assassination.

Steven argued that the harm has already been done when trump attempted an insurrection of the USA and was granted absolute and presumptive  immunity for 'core and official powers'
'''Role of Democracy and Participation:'''
:Destiny highlights that democracy only functions effectively when there is widespread participation and belief in democratic principles. He suggests that the country is failing because a significant portion of the population is not committed to these principles i.e. if only one side rows the boat you wont go anywhere. Whick agrees but stresses that the way to counteract this is not through reciprocal radicalization but by tempering rhetoric and actions to prevent further escalation.

Whick attempted to appeal to practicality saying yes republicans bad yes they wont help fix the problem yes etc BUT.. ignoring morality the poor rhetoric and actions by republicans is why everyone sees them as 'the bad guys' and why they lost in 2020 and will lose in 2024
'''Conservative Media and Democratic Action'''

:Destiny argues that conservatives live in different epistemological bubbles than liberals due to large media figures captured by their trump fanatic audiences. Whick expresses faith that conservative leaders have been critical of trump like Joe Walsh, however Destiny reminds Whick that these people are shunned and outcast from the party and called RINOs.
Steven pointed out that factually republicans and trump didnt lose because of their extremism but rather a poor handling of covid, further trump hasnt lost his popularity in the republican party and has only gotten more extreme and is polling better than 2020

Whick rebuted saying [[Destiny]] is being simplistic saying covid was the one thing that prevented trump from winning instead of being nuanced...

Event

Trump being ushered off by secret service

On July 13th 2024 Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to kill former president Donald J. Trump during his campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania. The would be assassin fired eight rounds in the direction of trump, grazing his right ear, killing Corey Comperatore, and injuring two other audience members.

Thomas Matthew Crooks was quickly eliminated by the former presidents secret service. investigations into motive are still ongoing, all current evidence points toward Thomas not being mentally ill or of extreme political ideology however a small minority speculate on him being a staged plant.

Let me clarify: when I say “conflicted” what I mean is that I lean towards seeing it as a natural extension of the thing Trump and the MAGA kids support, so I don’t think I have much sympathy about the attempt enough to chastise people celebrating it.

If we learned anything today, I hope it’s realizing the importance of principles I’ve stressed many times on stream before: having a firearm means absolutely nothing if you don’t spend time at the range practicing with it.

Destiny's spicy tweeting drew the eyes of many X users, including billionaire and X owner Elon Musk.

July 14th Elon Musk agrees to a tweet expressing the belief that Stevens recent speech on platform was inappropriate for advertisers and a violation of the "Hate or extremist content and Sensitive Content section of X standards. (and that) This means his account should be permanently suspended from X ads revenue sharing program." Shortly after Steven was demonetized and locked out of his account @TheOmniLiberal for 12 hours.

Tim Pool Blacklisted

On July 16th in a stream with The Quartering, Alex Stein, and Luke Rudkowski. Tim Pool says that "He (Destiny) is never allowed on my show, and its not because i have a personal beef with him. Its because if you were to come on my show and advocate for the things he's advocating for we get insta banned"

July 17h Steven gives a light reaction at the end of The Schizo Stream to comments made by Tim. Steven is less outraged and more exhausted with the hypocrisy of conservatives engaging in extreme rhetoric, like Tim pool calling for the imprisonment of democrats, and a guest or co-host, explicitly calling for their death, while blaming democrats for political extremism and division in the country.
