Hear me out is a meme in the DGG community that was born out of Destiny using the phrase when comparing a person's looks to some other person, knowing his reputation for doing so with accuracy is mixed at best and that this time around it will be the exception to the rule (which it rarely ever is). If there's even a slight similarity, it's often followed by something to the effect of "you gotta give me this one, c'mon". DGG has taken the phrase to preface, title, or otherwise announce memes involving facial comparison or sometimes more broad looks comparisons.
