Zee Cohen-Sanchez is an American political and campaign strategist. She is the founder and Executive Director of National Ground Game and the Unfuck America Tour, a Democratic electoral organization focused on youth voter engagement through organizer training, campus chapters, and creator debate panels.[1]
Zee has worked on several people-powered campaigns over the last decade, helping flip seats across the country. After working on Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign, she committed to helping Democratic candidates win seats nationwide. She founded Sole Strategies in 2020, and her team has worked on hundreds of campaigns across the United States.[2]
National Ground Game
Zee went on to found and run National Ground Game, a Democratic electoral organization founded to build lasting Democratic political power among young voters. The organization describes itself as a strategic and disciplined electoral group rather than a protest movement. Its stated mission is to take back the youth vote, train organizers, and produce measurable results at the ballot box.[3]
National Ground Game's approach combines campus engagement, voter registration, organizer training, and digital political messaging. The organization aims to build college chapters nationwide, improve Democratic youth voter registration, counter right-wing campus messaging, and create long-term political infrastructure.
Unfuck America Tour
The Unfuck America Tour is a progressive campus tour run by National Ground Game. The tour runs in official partnership with Destiny. The tour focuses on youth voter engagement by hosting livestreamed debate panels at college campuses across America.[4]
