"RiN LuX here" is a popular offline-chatter meme that involves TTS Wikipedia donations to embedded streamers within DGG Chat. The meme postulates that RiN_LuX—the DGG Chat moderator and a prominent chatter—is repeatedly sending often unhinged, socially maladaptive, messages that sometimes have him admit to legal and moral crimes.

Sometimes Xena and Merc will come into chat to confront RiN_LuX for his apparent harassment. Good examples include Xena messaging, "My whispers are open RiN_LuX lemme know when u grow enough balls to talk to a 4’11ft woman face to face and not over tts."[1] Merc would similarly come into DGG Chat to 'confront' an AFK Wikipedia RiN_LuX[2] (and farm chat) only to be almost-banned for three days (RiN_LuX had a legendary throw)[3] and eventually getting permanently banned a day later.[4]
