Donations and Fundraisers

Destiny has occasionally promoted donation drives and fundraisers. Separately, the DGG community has participated independently and unofficially in donation drives and fundraisers.

Destiny-Promoted Fundraisers

Destiny partnered with Digital Ground Game and raised over $250,000 ahead of the 2026 midterm cycle.^[1] The final $250,000 stretch goal was for Destiny to enable TTS on stream for a week, which has not happened yet as of June 2026, which is unacceptable.
Occasionally, Ukrainian Ana has appeared on stream and in /r/destiny with requests for donations to aid Ukraine's defense against Russia's violent imperialism.^[2] Ana was awarded a Medal of Merit by Ukrainian Armed Forces in recognition of her successful and persistent efforts.^[3]
In the past, Destiny had partnered with Progressive Victory and held multiple donation drives for elections in multiple states.
In response to FD Signifier demanding a donation to "Stop Cop City" as a condition to debate in bad-faith, Destiny donated $10,000 USD to the Atlanta Police Department to troll. Public reactions varied.

Unofficial Community Fundraisers

Against Malaria Foundation: The DGG community has raised over $34,000 USD as of 2024 October 10.^[4]^[5] The bulk of the donations occurred in the second half of 2023. Disappointingly, the Against Malaria Foundation has yet to hold a press conference to acknowledge DGG.
