MLD was a moderately popular figure in the Red-Pill space, who has been on popular podcasts like the Whatever Podcast and SOSCAST. He espouses most traditional Red-Pill thoughts regarding dating, finding a partner, and treatment of women.
"ENDURE!" is probably the most notorious meme about Jonathan Hogwood aka ModernLifeDating aka MLD.
He is unique in that he has repeatedly looked extremely goofy and been made fun of by Destiny and others. His most notable meme, "ENDURE!" comes from the Whatever Podcast, in which he proposes that abuse should be endured. This led to many, many videos covering this insane comment by notable youtubers like Aba n Preach and MoistCritikal.
He was also on a SOSCAST episode in which Angela Knight, who has been on Destiny's stream several times, confronted him about chat messages he sent. Rather than "holding frame" and confidently owning the attacks and espousing the values that MLD holds to, he instead backed away from the accusations and deflected. He was called out on this repeatedly by Angela and others on the podcast until he left the podcast. He said it was because he had a flight to catch but most of the podcast members and many in the audience watching felt he was fleeing the conversation.
MLD has also been involved in other controversies ranging from getting liposuction, despite attacking women's appearances and specifically being fat, attacking a person in Japan, and wearing something akin to a diaper. At this point he is regarded, at least in Destiny's community, as a joke and a prominent example of how the Red-Pill leaders tend to be losers who talk a big game but rarely hold true to their values.
