From the onset of the conflict, Destiny has held that Russia Wikipedia was the sole aggressor in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine Wikipedia and that Vladimir Putin Wikipedia bore full responsibility for the war.[1] He backed continued United States Wikipedia and NATO Wikipedia aid to Ukraine, and in the years that followed debated both pro-Russia leftists and isolationist conservatives who opposed it.[2] [3][4]

Ukrainian Ana WIP

Ana started appearing on Destiny's stream in 2022, after recording her experiences living in Ukraine during the Russian invasion. Her introduction to the community came via a Dylan Burns interview, in which she criticized Hasan Piker's coverage of the war and expressed support for Destiny's coverage. She has since become a recurring presence on Destiny's stream and in the subreddit.

Donation drives

Ana has appeared periodically on stream and in /r/destiny with requests for donations to aid Ukraine's defense against the Russian invasion. In recognition of her sustained fundraising efforts, she was awarded a Medal of Merit by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.[5]
