The Daliban (a blend word of "DGG" and "Taliban" ) is a satirical term used within Destiny's community to describe themselves when referencing the community's more extreme or over-the-top behavior.

Chatters making "daliban" memes can often be identified through the use of the emote, often in the context of someone saying that the "Destiny community is unhinged," or something to a similar effect.

r/place

The r/place events have provided prime opportunities for a show of strength for the Daliban, as they, along with elements now part of DISIS, orchestrated a multitude of attacks on political and social enemies. The Daliban was especially successful in grabbing and holding territory.

The Daliban has been involved in several border skirmishes with VGGers, Mizkids, and black racists. Some in the r/place community was heavily critical of the Daliban's role in K9/11,claimed to be a terrorist attack and "a crime against nature," though Destiny would go on to contest that the target of the attack was a legitimate military target.
