Dooby is a Discord user who founded the Politics Discord.^[1] He has infrequently appeared as both a host and participant in political debates involving Destiny and other community figures. Around 2025, Dooby became an increasingly vocal critic of Destiny and individuals surrounding him.^[2]

Donations to streamers

On May 22, 2026, Destiny stated on X that Dooby had donated nearly $10,000 to streamers in the political-commentary sphere over the course of eighteen months. According to Destiny, the donations were accompanied by an explicit caveat that Dooby would not donate to or support the recipients if Destiny appeared on their streams. The stated figure does not include Twitch donations or Donations from any other YouTube Accounts.^[3]

According to Destiny's account on stream, Dooby acted as a double agent during Destiny's conflict with MrGirl. While Mr Girl was attempting to build a case against Destiny, he used Dooby as an intermediary to reach out to women who have interacted with Destiny (such as Denims) to gather any and all accounts of mistreatment. Destiny stated that Dooby was secretly relaying the information gathered back to him the entire time. In the video, Destiny credits Dooby for giving him advance knowledge of Mr Girl's plans, the people he was contacting, and the narrative he was assembling. This in turn allowed Destiny to prepare a response before the allegations went public.^[4]

Dooby has since expressed his regret for assisting Destiny in this manner, and has even considered apologizing to MrGirl. ^[5]
