Buddy, sometimes called duder, the dggL guy, the omniliberal character, or little guy is Destiny's friend. He is meant to be the personification of DGG as a whole, somewhat resembling Destiny.
Trivia
- Sometimes Buddy is depicted as having a 'Viking' Horned helmet,
due to the alliance made with the Nordic Union during the 2022 and 2023 r/place events. - His origins as "Destiny's friend" is a reference to Destiny's ban evasion from Twitter, as Destiny would repeatedly say that "his friend" tweeted something out earlier.
- His name is likely a reference to Destiny commonly calling people buddy.
Plushes
The original plush
The first plush of Buddy was released in December of 2023 for the Christmas season and depicts Buddy as he appears in the dggL emote. It was briefly a trend for DGGers to post selfies of themselves with the plushies on the subreddit.
Ukrainestiny
Ana posted a photograph of herself and a custom-made Buddy plush (featuring the colors of the National flag of Ukraine) 
to show her appreciation for the support that Destiny and DGG have offered to her homeland.
