The Anti-Misogyny Arc was an initiative started by Destiny in 2022 to lower the amount of misogyny in DGG through harsh enforcement of bans and meganukes.
NSFW Bans
On the 9th of September 2023, Destiny banned the posting of porn in DGG chat, with the goal being to stop women coming into chat and being uncomfortable with constant discussion of women’s attractiveness[1].
The Anti-Misogyny Arc: Book 2
Later on during the September 9th stream, Destiny officially announced the return of the anti-misogyny arc.
On the 5th of October 2023, Destiny extended the second anti-misogyny arc ('Book 2 Chapter 2') by announcing a ban on all comments (positive or negative) about the physical appearance of people on stream[2].
