RightToBearArmsLOL, [Rustle] often referred to by his initials RTBA, and known colloquially as The Bear, is a moderator for both Destiny and formerly a moderator for Hasan Piker. He reportedly does triphasic sleeping in order to keep awake at important times of day, as he is from the UK.[1]

Removal of Mod Powers

Shortly after posting this poll the bear lost moderator privileges.[2]

In the early hours of stream on November 11th, 2024 a bored bear set out to make a poll that would mock his owner over his supposed favoritism toward women. Little did he know, it would be his last poll ever made. Destiny came across the poll and whispered to himself "good one" before grabbing his plyers. The bear was helpless as each claw and tooth removed, each came out with a shriek, scattering the chirping birds of the woods he thought he ruled.

Once the deed was done the bear was left without a purpose, he had no more power here. Destiny.gg's chat room soon descended into chaos, movies, untagged nsfw, and even calls for secession echoed the hallowed halls of the chatroom. The French-Canadian milker woman was the only mod holding back the tide of unwashed masses struggling against their now imaginary chains.

The Lord of the Streams : Return of the Bear

Following almost two days of unbridled chaos left in the wake of his de-modding, RightToBearArmsLOL was given back his moderator perms on November 12th[3]. Overwhelmed by the anarchic society known as Destiny.gg, other moderators signalled the call[4] to return The Bear onto his golden throne and take back control of the chat as only he knew how. Calm swept across the nations and the rioting stopped as the citizens of DGG both awed and feared his power.

Enemies

While RTBA is mainly a moderator, he has been antagonized by quite a few chatters that have grown into known enemies of the bear, which are a large part of RTBA's notoriety in chat. Most chatters seem to be quite polarized by his dislike of particular chatters and this drove further controversy around him. Some of these antagonists might be one-sided from the chatter or from the bear, but the hatred is very real.

DariusIRL While trying to build his stream towards the beginning of 2023, Darius would spam his embed whenever he went live[5], as well as opening and reading DGG chat on stream, all of which are bannable offenses to avoid streamers leeching from DGG chat[citation needed]. This led to numerous issues surrounding embeds, Darius, and other chatters, all surrounding an already controversial chatter[6].
