Gemzar (also known as MrGemzar) is a prominent chatter that creates memes, emotes, and other web graphics.

He is the artist behind the dggL , KEIKAKU , POPPERS and emotes, among several other emotes used in the 2024 April Fools' Day Emotes that are no longer enabled in DGG Chat. Additionally, he is the creator of the Omni-Liberal character used in the aforementioned emotes, as well as derivative works by other artists and DGGers.^[1] He worked on the WarioWare -inspired, Destiny-themed, collection of microgames, DggWare.
