FBI guy

The FBI guy is a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who provides real time surveillance of Destiny by watching his streams. It is suspected that FBI guy disrupts the streams through the use of a jackhammer in the apartment above Destiny, particularly when Destiny is attempting to communicate a high-level idea on stream. Destiny often rephrases his words when accidentally saying anything that might be interpreted as legally-dicey or investigation-worthy after realizing that the FBI guy is likely watching the stream.
