FBI guy

The FBI guy is a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who provides real-time surveillance of Destiny to the FBI Miami field office by watching his streams. It is suspected that FBI guy disrupts the streams through the use of a jackhammer in the apartment above Destiny, particularly when Destiny is attempting to communicate a high-level idea on stream. Destiny often rephrases his words when accidentally saying anything that might be interpreted as legally-dicey or investigation-worthy after realizing that the FBI guy is likely watching the stream.
