DGG Memes

The Daliban (a blend word of "DGG" and "Taliban" Wikipedia) is a 'martial' wing of the Destiny community, renowned for their extreme devotion as they tend to be the most radical chatters, stopping at nothing to defend Destiny.

Daliban fighters can often be identified through the use of the dggL emote, as members will proudly post in chat when they have been identified (often in the context of someone saying that the "Destiny community is unhinged," or something to a similar effect.)

r/place

Abu Nathan al-N'wordi during the jihad of r/place 2022.

The r/place events have provided prime opportunities for a show of strength for the Daliban, as they, along with the Dazov Battalion, Dal-Qaeda and elements now part of DISIS orchestrated a multitude of attacks on political and social enemies. The Daliban was especially successful in grabbing and holding territory.

The Daliban has been involved in several border skirmishes with VGGers, Mizkids, and black racists. Some in the r/place community was heavily critical of the Daliban's role in K9/11,[1] claimed to be a terrorist attack and "a crime against nature," though Abu Nathan would go on to contest that the target of the attack was a legitimate military target.
