WEOW

From Destiny Wiki
Revision as of 14:12, 14 June 2025 by Devonnn (talk | contribs)

WEOW is an emote depicting Destiny's face in black-and-white. The name is a reference to Destiny frequently saying "weow" ('wow' with an e).

Use

The emote is typically used spammed whenever Destiny says "weow" or when chatters perform "Gold WEOW checks," in which they attempt to post a golden WEOW. Chatters often express confusion at the purpose of the emote.

Rare variants

On September 22nd 2023, several variants of WEOW were added, to include bronze, gold, platinum, emerald, and diamond, at increasing rarities.[1][2] Less than a day later, on the 23rd of September, following constant spam and provocation, RTBA removed the coloured WEOW variants after several rounds of nuking them.[3]

WEOW was the only emote utilizing this rare variant systemuntil glorp was introduced to DGG Chat.

Bronze WEOW Bronze WEOWs are no longer a rare variant. During their brief stint, they had 1 in 10 (10%) chance in occurring.
Gold WEOW Has a roughly 1 in 1000 (1%) chance in occurring. Additionally, the chat's Bot always has gold glorps.
Platinum WEOW Has a roughly 1 in 1,000 (0.1%) chance in occurring.
Emerald WEOW Has a roughly 1 in 10,000 (0.01%) chance in occurring.
Diamond WEOW Has a roughly 1 in 100,000 (0.001%) You have a higher chance of being struck by lightning than typing a diamond WEOW.
Total WEOW Death The RTBA variant of the WEOW emote to reflect his distaste for the emote, as well as his proclivity to nuke the emote.[4][5]
Angel WEOW An angel variant of WEOW.
