Steve Lookner (sometimes called Breaking news guy by DGG) is an American live streamer and alternative news anchor that specializes in breaking news. Lookner runs the Agenda-Free TV YouTube channel with the goal to provide apolitical coverage in breaking news.
Lookner regularly streams daily for several hours and as a result, Lookner is often called the "better Steven," as well as chatters jesting that DGG Chat is actually a chat of Lookner's, rather than Destiny.
Lookner will often shout "Breaking news!" to which chatters will respond with the dinkDonk 
emote; eventually this practice expanded to chatters spamming the emote to other things he says, such as making dinner, his air fryer, or having to use the restroom.
