August was the former Managing Editor of Destiny's various YouTube channels.
Hired in 2021, August was compensated 45% of all YouTube earnings, incentivizing his stake in the YouTube channel and leading to it's growth over the years. [1] His contribution was generally well liked within the community, winning the Employee of the Year in the Destiny Awards for three consecutive years.
Presumably during the second half of 2025, August discontinued as Editor. [2]
Following Destiny's Debates surrounding the passing of Charlie Kirk and his Demonetization [3] , August's general presence in the community declined, with many chatters jokingly stating that he had resigned completely due to the change in revenue deal.
Currently, the management for Destiny's YouTube consists of various editors, who can be seen with the 
YouTube Editor flair in DGG Chat. [4]
Two seperate group of individuals exist for editing videos for the regular YouTube page and managing clips posted on various other official social media, including Destiny's clip channel
