Kick or Keep was a popular online show on Kick hosted by Qorantos and Destiny. Participants were either "kicked" off the stream or allowed to "keep" their spot based on their performance, arguments, or entertainment value. The show was often likened to a digital gladiator arena, but with more memes, and slightly less physical harm.

Voting

After each round, the current contestants were all put into a Strawpoll. Usually, chat voted for the contestant they'd most like to keep for the next round. The highest-voted contestant was usually given the choice to kick one of the bottom-two contestants.

King of KoK

King of KoK was a show hosted by Qorantos intended to find smaller content creators to bring on Kick or Keep as a wild card.

The End of KoK

On April 10th 2024[31], after cancelling an episode and a lack of contact with Destiny, Qorantos went live to talk publicly about his decision to quit running Kick or Keep. He largely attributed his choice to Destiny's comments and position on the Israel/Palestine conflict following the I/P arc, as well as his belief that Destiny had been disrespecting him for months through his mocking of Islam.

A few days later, on April 15th, a final episode would be aired, hosted by Turkey Tom instead of Qorantos. As of May 2024, there are no plans for a revival of the show.
